Is anything deleted when I swipe left?
No. Swiped items wait in the Archive. They are deleted only when you tap Delete there and confirm in the system dialog.

I deleted something by mistake.
Open the Photos app → Recently Deleted (iPhone) or your gallery’s Trash (Android 11+) and restore it within 30 days.

I swiped the wrong way.
Tap the photo with the red frame in the thumbnail strip and swipe it right. Re-sorting doesn’t use free swipes.

How do I restore PRO on a new phone?
Open the PRO screen and tap Restore, signed in with the same App Store / Google Play account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

The app sees only some of my photos.
Give it full access: Settings → Images Cleaner → Photos → Full Access (iPhone) or App info → Permissions → Photos and videos → Allow all (Android).
